To purchase or register a warranty you must be at least 16 years of age and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity carried out under your account.

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices, taxes, and shipping fees are shown at checkout in the applicable currency.
• We may cancel orders that contain pricing errors or appear fraudulent, and refund any payment received.

NEQO products are covered by a limited manufacturer warranty. Return and warranty terms, including timelines and required proof of purchase, are described on the warranty registration page. Damage from misuse, water, drops, or unauthorised repairs is not covered.

You agree not to use the site to upload malicious code, attempt to access systems without authorisation, scrape pricing or content for commercial purposes, or impersonate any person. We may suspend access where these terms are violated.

All product designs, brand assets, photography, and copy on this site are owned by NEQO or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute them without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEQO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
